Photo Story Friday {Blowin’ Bubbles}
A sunny day and a gentle breeze
+
one excited little boy, and his Mama
(who apparently still has the soul of a little girl inside her!)
+
a basket of bubble wands, and a full bottle of bubble solution
=
All the ingredients necessary for a wonderful morning.
The magical art of blowing bubbles (rather than sucking on the wand or spitting through it)
was carefully taught, eagerly learned, and quickly mastered.
The filmy, shimmering, drifting spheres inspire such wonder…
…and such a pure, innocent joy.
Isn’t it amazing, how blowing bubbles with a child
helps all those weighty adult concerns drift away, even if just for a while ?
I could imagine all those daily stresses blowing away with the breeze,
being chased down and cheerfully popped, one by one.
We really should start blowing bubbles as part of our regular routine!

What sweet pictures! I love the close-ups of the bubble wand. Bubbles are definitely magical and carry all your cares away.
